how we work

• slack channel shared with the client

• weekly 30-min meeting where you “interview” the client; ask questions, gather ideas, and turn them into posts

you can (and should) use ai tools or anything else that helps you move faster. just don’t output something that reads obviously ai-generated.

output expectations

we post ~3x per week per client, so we typically draft 4-5 posts weekly to give them options.

posts range from:

• personal founder stories

• hiring or team culture

• product launches or features

• industry/news commentary

• event or offsite recaps

we use a platform called Ordinal to upload drafts, request approvals, and schedule posts.

compensation

we start everyone as a contractor. if things go well, we’re open to part or full time roles.

rate: $1250 per client per month
